I have always felt a strong connection to help others; always felt it was my purpose in life. I started my pursuit into the health care field while I was in high school. In 1998 I received my CNA training  and certification. I worked as a home health care worker and in the nursing home. After my graduation from high school in Michigan, I entered into the United States Military. There I continued in the medical field, becoming an EMT/LPN. After leaving the military in 2003, I went back to college and received my associates degree in both Liberal Arts & science for nursing. While pursuing those degrees, I also attended online schooling to receive my pharmacy technician diploma. After obtaining a few years on the medical-surgical floor in a hospital, I left and went into the mental health field. I then became pregnant with my daughter and decided to take a step away from working and stay home until she started school. 

During that time I obtained my certification in cannabis Consulting.(2019) 

After dealing with many doctors, surgeries, diagnoses, medications, etc., I embarked on my journey into Plant Medicine, specifically Cannabis. Traditional medicine as amazing and life saving as it can be, was unfortunately not the cure for me and my body; I had hit a healing wall. I was dealing with extreme pain.

My introduction to Plant Medicine led me to this amazing Earth Medicine that has truly changed my life. My first journey with Kambo brought me so much insight, clarity, and healing. My initial cleansing ceremony truly impacted my entire life, including my daily diet. Not only did my diet preparations before my first purge bring me to realizing how important the food we eat is, the mental transparency after was an ephiphany like no other. I immediately enrolled in a Functional Nutrition Program. After many Shamanic ceremonies, all including Kambo, I began my research into becoming a Practitioner so I could share this amazing Earth medicine with as many people as the world would allow me. KAMBO IS LOVE! We all deserve to be loved, heard and purge the past and the not so pleasant. No matter how different and unique we all are, we are all connected as one. Let's love one another and share the beautiful things this planet has to offer to bring healing to our body, mind and soul. I became a Kambo Practitioner in March 2022 and will continue my mission to holding space for others with nothing but unconditional love and good intentions for the rest of this life.

With my knowledge of Western, Plant & Earth Medicine I decided to integrate functional nutrition into my life. I received my Functional Nutrition Certification in July 2022.  Its impact on me personally can be explained as my "Life Medicine", complimenting all of my other medicinal practices I've implemented    Nutrition is medicine that we all need to be taking on a daily basis. My education I have received along with my dedication to healing myself naturally has brought about such immense changes in my daily energy levels, mood, sleeping and exercising patterns, bodily functions and my overall body appearance and capabilities. I am here to help you integrate functional nutrition into your life, sharing and providing all the support you need to live a a long and healthy life.

Life is full of challenges and I've realized how important having the support you need to succeed and meet your goals is critical. You are not alone, nor should you be. I personally sought out an online life coach, which was just the catalyst I needed to ignite my major life changes. They helped unveil the true me, determined to love myself and my whole body more than ever so I could be the person, mother, wife, and friend that I always intended to be in this life. I have the compassion and passion to help you reset your intentions, live your life and fly free into who you are truly meant to be too.

Last, but definitely not least! I'm a mom to two amazing humans I couldn't be more proud of who they're growing into being. Raising them to be amazing is being done hand in hand with my wonderful husband; my best friend & biggest supporter of all my life goals. Without the love of my family, Team Behm, I wouldn't be who I am today. And who I am is someone I love with ever fiber in my being. We all need to be loved, but first we must love ourselves. Yes, it's cliche, but it is absolutely the truth when it comes to resetting your life intentions. I look forward to sharing my love with you and helping you find your path on this journey to a balanced, healthy and happy life full of vitality.
