*Opportunity to stay extra nights before and after the retreat. Extra days will include accommodation, food and morning yoga session with the option to pay extra for therapies as you wish. Please ask about possibility of extra nights when making a reservation. *Karma yoga is performed daily, which is, together we clean up after meals washing, drying, and putting away the dishes. You are always welcome to help water the plants in the garden or garden if you wish to. *If the weather does not permit us to be outdoors, yoga sessions will be in the cave.
